Orders that are received by 3pm will go out the next business day. Please check your order prior to paying. We do not accept returns on any body products. We ask that you check your order twice before paying. If error phone the customer service team for an order correction at 1-877-481-4334 (no Refunds ONLY store credit) All products are inspected prior to shipment. All handbags, wallets and other non body items are checked to ensure a good product is being sent. All handbags, wallets, scarfs and jewelry are returned at your own expense. To avoid We ask that you make sure by checking twice that you have the product you wanted. All items must be checked and inspected by you within 72 hours of receipt in order to return to store for an in store credit. We strive to give you the best products.
